Feeling less stressed?

As you guys know I've recently started using my adult colouring book to help me become less stressed.. 

I've had it for about a week now and I'll admit I haven't been doing as much as I should..:/ 

It was only yesterday when I got chance to sit down and start colouring... I'll admit I only sat down for five minutes:..:/ 

So... Yeah that's how much I've done.. I know it's not a lot... 

But I'm gonna start colouring whenever and where ever I can... 

However do you guys think it's ok to pull it out on the bus? At work? At college? 

I just don't feel I've got the time to colour.. 

But I'm making an online promise that I will start to colour more! And keep you updated with my progress and if it's working...
