2. Having a single rider in the main queue and having no where to put them... There's a single riders queue for a reason, I know it's quiet but you've just walked the long way round and now I don't know where to put you because it's gonna mess up my numbers.. Please all single riders, go in the single riders queue..
3. When you ask how many is in the group and get a reply of "I don't know"... How do you not know how many friends you are with, it's not hard to count yourself before, your just wasting time for yourselves..
4. When a group tell you there's 8 but 9 go thought... No! Now it looks like I can't do my job, if there's nine tell me nine and I'll sort it don't just make up numbers! But now your gonna have to wait for the next one...
5. When guests just sit down in there seat and hold there bag out for you to collect... I'm not your slave! I'm here to check your safe not carry you bags. The cage is over there..
6. When someone asks to wait for the fount and you say no but they let other go in front of them... News flash, the back seats are higher so your gonna get the same view! And I'm in charge so you wanna let the queue though go ahead your still going on the back..
7. When someone decides they want to get off but the cars already moved an inch. So have to manual get all four people off them seats.. If you wanna get off decide to do it before you start moving.. It's just making more work..
8. When the child isn't tall enough and the adult just won't let it go.. Look I'm just doing my job, your child isn't tall enough they can't go on! It's health and safety people! Don't shoot the messenger!
9. After hours of praying for the ride to break! You finally get some downtime.. There's nothing we love more than downtime, unless your on entrance then get ready to repeat yourself! A lot!
10. When you get to work with your friend and it's the best half an hour of your life.. There's nothing better than having your friend working with you! You constantly laughing.. And you both point out the hot guy..
11. Knowing a whole range of sign language.. For everything, seriously everything.. Telling someone else something and the guests like "what the jells that mean".. It just means I'm hungry..
12. Having a great relationship with your operator.. It makes the day go quicker, there your friend and you feel less under pressure so you don't mess up, you get to go in the cabin a lot.. You share everything what happens with them, they joke about with you, over the PA. it's just a great day!
13. Counting down the minutes to ride close! And waiting for the call! Finally five o'clock! That feeling of telling the guests you can't stay on because we're closed!
14. Taking phone off guests and being like yeah I am in charge.. Yeah I'm in charge now hand it over...
15. When guests call you by your first name.. It's like how do you know my name!
16. When you have a break down and have to wear a stupid helmet.. Yeah I know I look like a minion but I'm getting paid for it..
17. Telling the guests you don't know what's going on.. No seriously I don't know what's going on, honestly, nine times outa ten we don't!
18. When someone complains.. Why is the form so long! Never being able to fill in the right box, having to re write the whole form about 3 times...
19. The questions.. Getting a crazy question like how fast does the ride go? Erm fast... Or is it scary? Well your dropping 180ft into a black whole.. But no it's not scary..
20. The music.. Endless hours of it! Going how and still hearing it going round in your head!
